All of our products are handmade and hand painted in Spain by highly skilled artisans. Therefore, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the picture on our website. No two pieces are exactly alike and the customer needs to be aware of this when placing an order.
Shipping is available anywhere in the Continental U.S. Shipping takes 5-10 business days from receipt of your order and payment until your order arrives, depending upon your location. Expedited shipping can be arranged for an extra fee, simply contact us after placing your order to arrange and pay for this expedited service.

Returns & Refunds
If you recieved you item damaged or broken, please let us know withing 2 days of delivery. A picture of both the product and the packaging is required in order to process your replacement or refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may, within ten days of receipt, ship the item back to us at your expense. You will receive a full refund of your purchase price less our shipping cost. In this event please email us at email@example.com .

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 days of receipt) your refund will be processed within 7 days.
Please be aware, if you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of a Sunshine Ceramica error or quality problem, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
